Jade Helliwell is a singer-songwriter from West Yorkshire.

Her style is a notably British blend of pop and country influenced by the likes of Patsy Cline and Dolly Parton, as well as contemporary artists Maren Morris and Cassadee Pope. Over the last couple years, she has performed alongside some of the big names in country music appearing regularly at festivals such as Country to Country (C2C) in London’s O2 Arena, Buckle and Boots, Country on the Clyde and Nashville Meets London.

In May 2017, a video of Jade singing with a busker on a night out in Leeds went viral and reached 25 million views across Facebook and YouTube. Her recent EP quickly re-entered the charts reaching #1 in the country charts and #8 in the UK official charts. She proceeded to win the Yamaha Hoedown new artist competition, and became endorsed as a Yamaha Artist. 2018 saw Jade release Infatuation (EP), followed by single Drive, which was premiered on Chris Country Radio. The EP generated rave reviews and radio support, as well as some great Spotify playlist features. To date, Drive has amassed over 100k streams on Spotify. Jade was also awarded ‘Best Song’ for single Boom Tick at the 2018 BCMA Awards, and picked up ‘Best Female’ at the awards for the second year running.

These achievements can be added to an impressive list of nominations and awards including ‘Best Female’ and ‘Best Solo’ at the Box Radio Awards, ‘Artist of the Year’ and ‘UK Female of The Year’ from UK Country Radio, ‘Best Unsigned Female’ at the Best of British Music Awards and ‘Outstanding Artist’ at the Yorkshire Roots Awards.

Following her Nashville Meets London performance, Jade was approached by tire giant Firestone to become the face of their international music competition. The role kept her particularly busy, appearing at a number events throughout 2018 on behalf of Firestone and in collaboration with BBC Introducing presenter Abbie McCarthy.

Jade kicked off 2019 with a tour of Australia as part of the international Buckle and Boots Festival incentive. The trip included performances in cities such as Brisbane, Toowoomba and Twead Heads, and finished with a slot on the International Stage at the famous Tamworth Country Music Festival. Back in the UK, Jade released single Stormchaser in March to coincide with her performance at C2C Festival. The single had an incredible response and was featured on the Wild Country Playlist on Spotify, amassing over 200k streams. Her follow up single, Put It On You was premiered on the UK’s biggest country music radio station, Country Hits. She became an Orange Amps Artist and won British Country Music Awards (BCMA) for the Video and Song of the year. 2020 began with the same momentum, having had single Stay supported on Spotify’s Wild Country playlist, plus a support slot for US artist Olivia Lane. Making the most of her time in isolation, Jade has been performing regular live sessions from her home in Leeds. Her collaboration with fellow artist Kezia Gill and friends has generated nearly 25,000 views on Facebook and continues to grow daily.

Kezia plays all over the country, not only performing her own material, but bringing her own vocal style to a variety of classic covers; With her unique vocal range, multi instrumental talent, she makes every song her own.

2018 was an extremely successful year, seeing Kezia burst onto the UK Country scene with her debut Album ‘Kezia’. After several introductory festival slots, she went on to win Female Vocalist of the year at the CCN Awards, and take home the Peoples Choice Award for Soloist of the year at the BCMA Awards. 2019 has seen her success continue, kicking off with a tour in Australia, including the Tamworth Country Music Festival, and winning Aristocrat Entertainer of the Year. This was followed by a trip to Nashville, where Kezia performed in music city. The summer saw Kezia play some of the UK’s top festivals including Buckle & Boots, FSA , Blackthorn and Millport. She was named as one of the Radio 2 BBC Introducing artists and subsequently performed at The Long Road Festival. Her music has gone on to be played on BBC Radio 2’s Bob Harris country Music show. Kezia was nominated for 5 awards at this years British CMA Awards, making her the most nominated artist of the year. She took home the award for ‘Best Female Artist’. Kezia’s most recent trip to Nashville, saw her invited to play some of the most iconic venues in country music. Firstly she joined Phil Vassar on stage at The Ryman Auditorium for his Christmas Charity show, and then went on to play at The Bluebird Cafe, in one of their prestigious song-writing rounds.

2020 continued to see Kezia's success snowball with her single 'Whiskey Drinkin' Woman being added to the Radio 2 playlist for 4 consecutive weeks. Despite Covid-19 putting the brakes on Kezia's Live performances, her weekly Lockdown Live streams on Facebook have been hugely successful, receiving the highest number of viewers of any uk Country Artist. With new music, tours and festivals already lined up for 2021, Kezia’s success shows no sign of slowing down..

It received support from BBC Introducing and the title track “House of cards” reached no 22 in the line dance charts. 2018 was an extremely successful year, seeing Kezia win Female Vocalist of the year at the CCN Awards, and take home the Peoples Choice Award for Soloist of the year at the BCMA Awards. 2019 already looks to be her best year yet, kicking off with a tour in Australia, including the Tamworth Country Music Festival, and a trip to Nashville planned for later in the year., as well as numerous festival appearances yet to be announced.
